La mascarilla CPAP facial Mirage Quattro™ de ResMed es la mascarilla facial de cuarta generación de ResMed, diseñada para adaptarse a más del 95 % de los usuarios con comodidad y rendimiento inigualables. El dial MicroFit™ permite un ajuste preciso del soporte para la frente, mientras que la almohadilla Spring Air™ de doble pared proporciona un sellado adaptable, incluso durante el movimiento.

For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be refunded:

  • Opened masks or accessories

  • Tubing, filters, cushions, humidifier chambers, headgear

  • Any item that is damaged, worn, or missing parts

  • Special orders or customized products

  • Clearance or discounted items


3. Refund Process

If approved:

  1. The product must be brought to our Ocala office

  2. Our team will inspect the item

  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

    • Card: 3–5 business days

    • Cash: Same day


4. Defective or Damaged Items

If the product is defective or damaged at the time of purchase:

  • Report immediately or within 24 hours

  • Bring the item to the store

  • After inspection, we will provide a replacement or store credit

Manufacturer warranties apply when available.

PM Respiratory Services (“Company”) is committed to providing high-quality medical devices and hygienic products. This policy has been created in accordance with applicable U.S. Federal and Florida State laws, FDA guidelines, and medical device safety standards.
This policy applies to all cash customers purchasing products from the Company.


1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Orders may be cancelled only before packing or shipping has begun.
1.2 Once an order is packed, shipped, or out for delivery, it becomes non-cancellable.
1.3 The customer must submit a cancellation request immediately by phone or email with the order number.
1.4 Approval of order cancellation is at the sole discretion of the Company.


2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of medical devices and hygiene regulations, returns are strictly limited.

A return will be accepted only under the following circumstances:

2.1 The customer received an incorrect item.
2.2 The product was damaged at the time of delivery.
2.3 The product is defective and non-functional upon delivery.

Return Eligibility Requirements:

  • The customer must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with FDA Health & Safety Guidelines, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • CPAP/BiPAP masks

  • Nasal pillows and cushions

  • Tubing and filters

  • Headgear and mask accessories

  • Nebulizer kits

  • Humidifier chambers

  • Any item that contacts the face, nose, or airway

  • Opened or used medical products

  • Items with a broken hygiene seal

  • Special orders, custom orders, and clearance items


4. Exchange Policy

An exchange is offered only when:

  • The incorrect product was delivered, or

  • The product is defective upon delivery.

4.1 Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4.2 If the replacement is unavailable, the Company may issue a store credit equal to the product value.
4.3 All exchange decisions are made solely by the Company.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only for Company-approved cancellations or returns.

5.1 Refunds are issued using the same payment method used by the customer:

  • Cash refunds → same day

  • Card refunds → 5–7 business days

5.2 Shipping, handling, and service fees are non-refundable.
5.3 A restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply, depending on the product type and condition.
5.4 Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been inspected and approved.


6. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by customer misuse or improper handling

  • Issues resulting from third-party installation or repair

  • Wear and tear after product acceptance

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

The Company’s maximum liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the product.

The Company reserves the right to approve or deny any return, exchange, or refund request.
All decisions made by the Company are final and binding.
