2. MARKETPLACE NATURE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Platform Only: DealsMedi is an online marketplace connecting Buyers and Third-Party Vendors. We do not manufacture, test, store, or inspect the items sold.

  • Vendor Responsibility: The Vendor is solely responsible for product safety, compliance with US laws, and order fulfillment.

  • Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, MediRootMap LLC’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

3. PRESCRIPTION POLICY & HIPAA COMPLIANCE

  • Prescription Required: Certain products require a valid prescription from a US-licensed healthcare provider.

  • Data Transmission: By uploading a prescription, you authorize DealsMedi to securely transmit this Protected Health Information (PHI) to the selected Vendor.

  • Storage: DealsMedi acts as a secure pass-through. We utilize industry-standard AES-256 encryption. While we facilitate the transaction, the Vendor is the “Covered Entity” responsible for the final medical verification.

4. ELIGIBILITY & USER CONDUCT

  • You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States.

  • You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account.

  • Fraudulent uploads of medical documents will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. PRICING, PAYMENT, & TAXES

  • All prices are in USD.

  • Sales Tax: As we operate across 50 states, sales tax will be calculated based on your shipping address (Nexus) and added to the total.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). DealsMedi does not store full credit card numbers.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS (VENDOR-SPECIFIC)

  • DealsMedi is a marketplace; returns and refunds are governed by the individual Vendor’s policy listed on the product page.

  • In the event of a dispute, DealsMedi may act as a mediator but is not legally obligated to provide a refund for vendor-supplied products.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MediRootMap LLC, its officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from:

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION (FLORIDA VENUE)

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

  • Exclusive Venue: Any legal action or dispute shall be filed exclusively in the courts located in Marion County, Florida. You hereby waive any objection to this jurisdiction.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or carrier strikes.
