DealsMedi.com functions as a marketplace platform connecting buyers with DME suppliers, medical product vendors, and dropship partners.
Because we are not the direct seller or manufacturer, all returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed primarily by each vendor’s individual policy.

Our role is to assist you in communicating with the vendor and ensuring your request is processed smoothly.


1. General Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to support you throughout the return process.
However:

  • Each vendor has their own return and refund policy.

  • Return eligibility varies by product category, vendor guidelines, and medical-device regulations.

  • Please review the “Vendor Return Policy” section on each product page before purchasing.

If you experience any issue, our support team will coordinate with the vendor on your behalf.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Return request must be submitted within the vendor’s allowed return window (typically 7–30 days).

  • You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

A return is not accepted if the item:

  • Has been opened or used

  • Is missing parts, manuals, or accessories

  • Has visible signs of wear, damage, or tampering

  • Was purchased during clearance, promotion, or final-sale events


3. Non-Returnable & Restricted Products

Due to hygiene, safety, and FDA regulations, the following categories cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used CPAP masks, hoses, filters, or humidifier chambers

  • Oxygen concentrators, nebulizers, and respiratory products that contact the body

  • Catheters, incontinence supplies, or any personal-care medical items

  • Prescription-required devices once opened/used

  • Temperature-sensitive or perishable items (gels, liquids, sanitizers)

  • Software, digital products, or e-prescription items

⚠️ Important: Products in these categories cannot be returned due to contamination or infection-risk protocols.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

  1. Email support@dealsmedi.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Photos and/or videos of the issue

    • Unboxing proof (if available)

  3. We will verify the issue and forward it to the vendor for evaluation.

Once the vendor approves the claim, you will receive a replacement, exchange, or refund according to vendor policy.


5. Refund Process

Refunds are processed only after:

  • The vendor receives the returned item (if a return is required), and

  • The vendor officially approves the refund

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • Credit/debit card

Processing Time

Typical processing time: 7–14 business days

If your refund has not appeared after 14 days:

  1. Check your bank account or card statement.

  2. Contact your payment provider.

  3. Reach out to us at support@dealsmedi.com if the issue persists.


6. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless specified otherwise by the vendor.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

If the return is due to vendor error, some vendors may refund shipping costs.


7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges depend on:

  • Vendor approval

  • Product availability

  • Category-specific regulations (especially for medical products)

Only defective or damaged products are typically eligible for exchange.


8. Gifts & Bulk Orders

  • If marked as a gift, refunds (when applicable) may be issued as store credit or coupon code.

  • Bulk or institutional orders follow terms outlined in the vendor’s bulk-order agreement.


9. Marketplace Disclaimer

DealsMedi.com:

  • Does not hold inventory

  • Does not manufacture products

  • Does not directly issue refunds unless processed through our payment gateway

  • Acts solely as a facilitator between customers and vendors

All final refund, return, and exchange decisions are determined by the vendor’s return policy.
