PM Respiratory Services (“Company”) is committed to providing high-quality medical devices and hygienic products. This policy has been created in accordance with applicable U.S. Federal and Florida State laws, FDA guidelines, and medical device safety standards.
This policy applies to all cash customers purchasing products from the Company.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Orders may be cancelled only before packing or shipping has begun.
1.2 Once an order is packed, shipped, or out for delivery, it becomes non-cancellable.
1.3 The customer must submit a cancellation request immediately by phone or email with the order number.
1.4 Approval of order cancellation is at the sole discretion of the Company.
2. Return Policy
Due to the nature of medical devices and hygiene regulations, returns are strictly limited.
A return will be accepted only under the following circumstances:
2.1 The customer received an incorrect item.
2.2 The product was damaged at the time of delivery.
2.3 The product is defective and non-functional upon delivery.
Return Eligibility Requirements:

The customer must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included.

The customer must provide photo or video evidence of the issue.

The item must pass the Company’s inspection before approval.
3. Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with FDA Health & Safety Guidelines, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

CPAP/BiPAP masks

Nasal pillows and cushions
-
Tubing and filters
-
Headgear and mask accessories
-
Nebulizer kits
-
Humidifier chambers
-
Any item that contacts the face, nose, or airway

Opened or used medical products
-
Items with a broken hygiene seal
-
Special orders, custom orders, and clearance items
4. Exchange Policy
An exchange is offered only when:
4.1 Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4.2 If the replacement is unavailable, the Company may issue a store credit equal to the product value.
4.3 All exchange decisions are made solely by the Company.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only for Company-approved cancellations or returns.
5.1 Refunds are issued using the same payment method used by the customer:
5.2 Shipping, handling, and service fees are non-refundable.
5.3 A restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply, depending on the product type and condition.
5.4 Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for:

Damage caused by customer misuse or improper handling

Issues resulting from third-party installation or repair
-
Wear and tear after product acceptance
-
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
The Company’s maximum liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the product.
7. Final Decision
The Company reserves the right to approve or deny any return, exchange, or refund request.
All decisions made by the Company are final and binding.
