By accessing, browsing, purchasing, or uploading medical documentation to DealsMedi, you (“The User,” “The Customer”) expressly acknowledge and agree to the following legal disclaimers and limitations of liability.

1. COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

DealsMedi is not a medical professional, healthcare provider, or clinical advisor.

  • No Medical Advice: All content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and advertisements, is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Physician Consultation Required: Products listed on DealsMedi are intended to supplement, not replace, professional medical care. You must consult with a licensed physician or healthcare provider before using any medical or health-related device purchased through this platform.

  • No Outcome Guarantees: DealsMedi makes no claims, warranties, or guarantees regarding specific treatment results, health improvements, or clinical outcomes.

2. MARKETPLACE LIABILITY & VENDOR OBLIGATIONS

DealsMedi operates as a third-party marketplace intermediary.

  • Role of Platform: DealsMedi does not manufacture, store, package, or physically inspect the items listed for sale. We serve strictly as a venue for independent Vendors to list their products.

  • Product Safety & Compliance: The Vendor is solely responsible for ensuring that products meet all safety standards, regulatory requirements, and legal certifications.

  • Indemnification & Disputes: Any disputes regarding product defects, malfunctions, inaccuracies in descriptions, or physical injuries resulting from product use must be addressed directly with the Vendor. DealsMedi hereby disclaims any and all liability for damages arising from Vendor products.

3. PRESCRIPTION POLICY & DATA HANDLING

DealsMedi provides a secure feature for the convenience of uploading medical authorizations (Prescriptions). By using the upload tool, you agree to the following:

  • User Responsibility: You represent and warrant that any prescription uploaded is authentic, valid, and issued by a licensed medical practitioner. DealsMedi is not responsible for verifying the clinical validity of the uploaded document; this responsibility lies with the fulfilling Vendor or Pharmacist.

  • Consent to Share: By uploading a prescription, you expressly consent to DealsMedi sharing this document with the relevant third-party Vendor or fulfillment partner necessary to process your order.

  • Limited Storage & HIPAA: You acknowledge that DealsMedi is a commercial marketplace and not a “Covered Entity” as defined by HIPAA. While we use industry-standard encryption, DealsMedi is not a clinical EHR system. You upload this information at your own discretion.

  • Verification & Rejection: We or the Vendor reserve the right to reject any order if the uploaded prescription is expired, illegible, or does not match the patient’s information.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealsMedi, its affiliates, and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform or the products sold herein.
